1. Turn on the fan and feed again when turning on the machine. Stop the feeding when the machine is turned off. Stop the fan after the material is finished (or close to the end), and stop the fan when it is not in use.
2, the trough should be kept sealed, if there is leakage, leakage powder should be overhauled;
3, when installing or replacing air slide fabric:
A.First, cut, cut the air slide fabric according to the required size, and block the incision with an electric iron (or a heated steel bar) to prevent the dissipation;
B. Punching, heating with an iron bar that is slightly smaller than the diameter of the mounting bolts, perforating the perforated part around the air slide fabric. Be careful not to let the open flame burn theair slide fabric when perforating. If drilling with a drilling rig, use a hot iron stick to block the hole during the hole to prevent detachment.
C. The air slide fabric is laid on the punching box, through the bolts, and the iron strips are pressed tightly around it, and the screws can be tightened to use;
D.Strips (or flanges) should be deburred and the joints ground.
E.To ensure the seal, apply a polymer sealant (or felt pad) on the air slide fabric around the lower surface
