The installation and debugging operation of the bulk loading bellow:

2. Assemble according to the installation diagram of the expansion bag of the bulk machine. Each pipe, valve and flange connection must be filled with sealing materials, and the bolts must be locked to prevent air from escaping.
3. Before commissioning, check whether the oil level of each rotating part is normal, whether the electrical circuit is correct, and whether each running part is flexible.
4. Adjust the air source control system of the loading bellow of the bulk machine, so that the material level meter can meet the automatic control requirements.
5. Adjust the protruding length of the probe of the material level meter according to the requirements of the fullness of the loading material of the expandable cloth bag of the bulk machine.
6. Operate according to the "working principle" of the bulk loading bellow.
